NewTimeSpace News: On 5 November 2026, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (stock code: 01093) said the Phase I/II trial of SYS6062 for advanced solid tumours has started at its first site in China. SYS6062 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CEACAM5; its antibody binds CEACAM5-expressing tumour cells and is internalised, releasing a small-molecule toxin after protease cleavage, while also exerting a bystander effect on surrounding cells.
The group obtained the Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice from China's NMPA in October 2026 and launched a multicentre, open-label, dose-escalation, pharmacokinetic (PK) expansion and cohort expansion first-in-human Phase I/II trial to assess safety, tolerability, PK profile and preliminary anti-tumour efficacy in advanced solid tumours. Recruitment and screening are progressing.
