NewTimeSpace News: On 14 July 2026, CT Vision (International) Holdings(00994.HK) issued an announcement that the Company has established an American Depositary Receipt programme and appointed The Bank of New York Mellon as its depositary bank, effective 14 July 2026 (Eastern Standard Time). Each ADR represents 20 ordinary shares of the Company and will be traded on the U.S. Over-the-Counter Market under the ticker symbol "CTVHY".

The Company stated that the establishment of the ADR programme does not constitute an offer of new shares. The ADRs are linked to the existing issued ordinary shares, and the Company will not receive any proceeds therefrom.
