The placement price per share is HKD 0.36, at a premium of approximately 4.35% to the closing price of HKD 0.345 per share on the HKEX on the date of the placement agreement. The total proceeds from the placement are estimated to be about HKD 54 million. After deducting the placement commission, professional fees, and all related expenses that the company may incur, the net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be approximately HKD 53 million.
