CT VISION (00994.HK): Establishes American Depositary Receipt Programme, Appoints BNY Mellon as Depositary Bank
NewTimeSpace News: CT Vision (00994.HK) announced that it has established an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme with BNY Mellon appointed as depositary bank, effective 14 July 2026. Each ADR represents 20 ordinary shares of the Company and will be traded under the ticker symbol “CTVHY” on the US Over-the-Counter market.
NewTimeSpace News: CT VISION (00994.HK) issued a voluntary announcement on 14 July 2026. The Company has established an American Depositary Receipt programme and appointed BNY Mellon as the depositary bank, effective 14 July 2026 (Eastern Standard Time).
Each American Depositary Share represents 20 ordinary shares of the Company deposited with the custodian bank in Hong Kong. The ADSs will be traded under the ticker symbol “CTVHY” on the US Over-the-Counter market at a later date following the opening of trading under the programme.
The Company and the depositary bank filed a Form F-6 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on 1 July 2026, which was declared effective on the effective date. Establishment of the programme does not constitute an offering of new shares. The ADSs relate to the Company’s existing issued ordinary shares, and the Company will not receive any proceeds therefrom.
The Board believes the programme will help raise the Company’s profile in the US capital market and broaden its investor base at minimal financial cost.
