GROWN UP GROUP (01842.HK): Completes Subscription of 240 Million New Shares, Raising Approximately HKD 7.8 Million Net

NewTimeSpace News: On 31 August 2026, Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited (stock code: 01842) announced that all conditions of the subscription agreement have been fulfilled and completion took place on 31 August 2026, with an aggregate of 240,000,000 subscription shares (representing 20% of the issued shares immediately before completion and approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital) allotted and issued to the subscriber at a subscription price of HKD 0.033 per share.

According to the announcement, the gross proceeds from the subscription amount to HKD 7,920,000, with net proceeds of approximately HKD 7,800,000 after deducting related expenses, to be used in full to supplement the Group's general working capital, with approximately 50%, 20% and 30% allocated to staff costs, selling and distribution expenses and general administrative expenses respectively.
