NewTimeSpace News: On 20 October 2026, Vobile Group Limited (stock code: 03738) said all conditions precedent under the sale and purchase agreement for its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Anqing International Limited were fulfilled and completion took place on 20 October 2026, with the consideration shares issued and allotted to the vendor at HK$ 3.65 each.
The Stock Exchange's listing committee has approved the listing of the consideration shares, and Anqing International is now an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary. The vendor received 20,547,945 consideration shares, about 0.79% of the enlarged issued share capital, while total issued shares rose from 2,592,865,836 to 2,613,413,781, excluding 1,445,000 treasury shares.
