SWL TOUR (06157.HK): Postpones Global Offering; Refunds Due October 23
NewTimeSpace News: On 20 October 2026, Jiangsu Slender West Lake Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. (stock code: 06157) announced that it has decided at this time to postpone the Global Offering and its proposed listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, due to the consideration of several factors, including the prevailing market conditions.
The International Underwriting Agreement relating to the International Offering will not be entered into and the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement relating to the Hong Kong Public Offering will therefore not become unconditional. The H Share certificates for the Offer Shares have not been issued as at the date of this announcement and will not be delivered to any applicants.
Application monies paid through the HK eIPO White Form service for the Hong Kong Offer Shares will be refunded in full without interest, covering brokerage of 1.0%, SFC transaction levy of 0.0027%, AFRC transaction levy of 0.00015% and Stock Exchange trading fee of 0.00565%. For monies paid from a single bank account, e-Auto Refund payment instructions will be dispatched to the relevant payment bank accounts on Friday, 23 October 2026; for monies paid from multiple bank accounts, refund cheques will be sent by ordinary post to the addresses specified in the relevant applications on the same day, at the applicants' own risk.
The Company published its Prospectus on 14 October 2026, covering 44,760,000 H Shares in the Global Offering, of which 4,476,000 H Shares are Hong Kong Offer Shares and 40,284,000 H Shares are International Offer Shares, at a maximum Offer Price of HKD 5.07 per H Share; the originally scheduled listing on 23 October 2026 no longer applies following the postponement.
