SLENDER WEST LAKE (06157.HK): Offered 44.76m H Shares at up to HKD 5.07

NewTimeSpace News: On 14 October 2026, Jiangsu Slender West Lake Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. (stock code: 06157) published its prospectus for a global offering of 44,760,000 H Shares, comprising 4,476,000 H Shares under the Hong Kong public offer, representing 10% of the initial offering, and 40,284,000 H Shares under the international offer, representing 90%, both of which are subject to reallocation and to the exercise of an over-allotment option.

The offer price will not exceed HKD 5.07 per Share and is expected to be no less than HKD 3.92 per Share.
