Jiangsu Slender West Lake Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. Obtains Overseas Listing Filing Approval Notice, Proposes to Issue Up to Approximately 51.47 Million H Shares
NewTimeSpace News: Jiangsu Slender West Lake Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. has obtained filing approval from the CSRC. It intends to issue no more than around 51.47 million H Shares for listing on HKEX, and the filing approval notice is valid for 12 months.
NewTimeSpace News: Recently, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing approval notice for the overseas securities offering and listing of Jiangsu Slender West Lake Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd., confirming the Company’s proposed offering plan.
In accordance with the filing approval notice, Slender West Lake Culture and Tourism plans to issue no more than 51,473,600 overseas-listed ordinary shares to be listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
