DEEPEXI TECH (01384.HK): DeepWorks Opens Self-Service Registration

NewTimeSpace News: On 20 October 2026, Deepexi Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01384) voluntarily announced that, with effect from 15 October 2026, DeepWorks, the enterprise agent platform of the Group, has ceased its application-based trial model and is open for self-service registration by all users, who may access the relevant functions by downloading the application client and registering an account without an invitation code.

Under the principal arrangements for this launch, individual users will by default access the DeepWorks Individual Version upon registration, with a specified quota of complimentary trial usage made available to newly registered users, while enterprise users may enquire about DeepWorks Enterprise Version solutions to develop an AI employee platform tailored to their business needs. Building on its existing enterprise solution delivery business, the Group further provides standardised cloud-based services through DeepWorks, which users may continue to use by purchasing credits or through other actual payment methods once the free trial quota is used up, with fees for the relevant services calculated based on Token usage; deployment, system integration and other services for enterprise customers shall be separately agreed under the relevant contracts.

DeepWorks is the Group's enterprise agent platform for individual and enterprise users, serving as an edge-cloud collaborative, local-first platform for the development, deployment and operation of AI employees. It compiles enterprise knowledge into a knowledge base Wiki and an enterprise business ontology, supports the listing of vertical domain models and can be directly integrated with enterprises' existing business systems. Its principal capabilities comprise an AI-native workspace, a knowledge centre and collaboration, My AI Colleagues and an open skill ecosystem, and the Group's DeepSense industrial manufacturing expert, DataSense business operations expert and FDESense data governance expert can all be deployed and operated on the platform.

The Board is of the view that the launch will enable the Group to expand its user base and further develop its fee-based business model in relation to customers' continued use of platform services, beyond enterprise project delivery; the actual effectiveness of the launch and its impact on the Group's operating results will depend on market conditions, user acceptance, payment conversion, actual usage and the Group's subsequent operating arrangements.
