DEEPEXI TECH(01384.HK): Signs Investment Promotion Cooperation Agreement with Management Committee of Yueyang Lingang High Tech Industrial Development Zone, Project Scale Totals Approximately RMB500 Million

NewTimeSpace News: Deepexi Technology Co., Ltd. issued a voluntary announcement dated 7 July 2026. The Company signed an investment promotion cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Yueyang Lingang High Tech Industrial Development Zone on 6 July 2026 to forge a strategic partnership revolving around the Yuesheng Industrial AI Platform Project. Leveraging the zone’s industrial foundation, port logistics, park operation and government-enterprise collaboration scenarios, the parties will accelerate the commercial deployment of the Company’s proprietary products and solutions including enterprise large language models, enterprise AI Agents and enterprise-grade AI operating systems.

The project carries an estimated total investment scale of RMB500 million, covering multiple cooperation directions: regional operation & service centre, digital-intelligent infrastructure base, park logistics brain, intelligent industrial chain investment platform, enterprise service AI assistant and government-enterprise coordination AI assistant. The Deepexi Yueyang Regional Operation & Service Centre alone is planned to receive RMB200 million investment, and will build integrated capabilities including data fusion intelligent base, large model training platform, model serving platform, AI Agent platform and industrial intelligent platform.

This investment promotion cooperation agreement constitutes a strategic framework arrangement. Detailed cooperation terms and deliverables will be formalised via separate special agreements executed by both parties based on actual project progress.
