The two parties have entered into the Information System Purchase and Sales Contract with a total contract value (including value-added tax) of RMB22,865,981.66, which mainly involves the intelligent platform supporting wood production and operation.
Taking Luzhai of Guangxi as a demonstration model, centering on a zero-carbon circular industrial park for smart forestry, the project will build core capabilities including an industrial intelligent trading platform, blockchain warehouse receipt pledge system, digital twin financial warehouse and AI data asset platform. It aims to address pain points plaguing the traditional timber industry such as scattered resources, financing difficulties and insufficient comprehensive supervision capacity.
