NewTimeSpace News: Holly Futuresannounced on 14 July that Mr. Zhang Hongfa, Independent Director of the Company, resigned from his posts as Independent Director of the 5th Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Risk Management Committee, Remuneration Committee and Strategy & ESG Committee due to personal reasons.

NewTimeSpace News: On 14 July 2026,Holly Futures(03678.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Zhang Hongfa, Independent Director. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Zhang tendered his resignation as Independent Director of the 5th Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Risk Management Committee, Remuneration Committee and Strategy & ESG Committee. He will hold no positions in the Company upon resignation.

As Mr. Zhang’s resignation will reduce the number of independent directors to less than one-third of the total board members, his resignation shall take effect only after a new independent director is elected at a general meeting of shareholders. He will continue to perform his relevant duties in the interim period.
