HOLLY FUTURES(03678.HK): Supplementary Payment of Property Tax and Surcharges Totals Approximately RMB1.72 Million

NewTimeSpace News: Soho Holly Futures Co., Ltd. (03678.HK) released an overseas regulatory announcement dated 2 July 2026. The Company recently conducted self-examination on tax-related matters in compliance with national tax laws and regulations, identifying supplementary corporate property tax payable of RMB1,315,865.20 plus late payment surcharges of RMB407,715.80, with a combined total of RMB1,723,581.00. All tax and surcharges have been fully paid as at the disclosure date of this announcement, and no administrative penalties will be imposed in connection with this supplementary tax payment.

In accordance with Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises No.28, the above supplementary payment does not constitute prior period accounting errors, requiring no retrospective restatement of previous financial data. The relevant payments will be recognised in profit or loss for the 2026 financial year. The Company stated that this supplementary payment will not disrupt its normal business operations.
