TINCI (002709.SZ): CSRC confirms overseas listing filing; up to 412,760,200 overseas-listed ordinary shares to be issued for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On 11 September 2026, the International Cooperation Department of the CSRC released a filing notice on overseas issuance and listing (Guohehan [2026] No. 1985, dated 18 August 2026), confirming the overseas issuance and listing filing of TINCI (002709.SZ), which intends to issue no more than 412,760,200 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

(Guohehan [2026] No. 1985, dated 18 August 2026), confirming the filing information of Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002709.SZ), which intends to issue no more than 412,760,200 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The notice also sets out the reporting obligations attached to the filing. From the date of issue of the notice until completion of the overseas issuance and listing, the Company must report any material matters through the CSRC's filing management information system in accordance with the relevant regulations on overseas securities issuance and listing by domestic enterprises. The notice only confirms the filing information for the Company's overseas issuance and listing; it does not indicate that the CSRC has made any substantive judgment on or given any guarantee as to the investment value of the Company's securities or the returns of investors, nor does it indicate that the CSRC has made any guarantee or determination as to the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the Company's filing materials.
