TINCI (002709.SZ): H-share issuance obtains CSRC filing, plans to issue up to 412,760,200 H-shares for Hong Kong listing

NewTimeSpace News: On 20 August 2026, Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (A-share: TINCI, 002709) announced that it received on 19 August 2026 the Filing Notice for Overseas Offering and Listing of Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Guohe Han [2026] No. 1985) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), under which the Company plans to issue no more than 412,760,200 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

According to the filing notice, if the Company fails to complete the overseas offering and listing within 12 months from the date of the notice and intends to continue, it should update its filing materials; within 15 working days after completing the overseas offering and listing, it should report the offering and listing status through the CSRC filing management information system; and if any major matter occurs from the date of the notice until the completion of the offering and listing, the Company should report it in accordance with the relevant regulations on overseas offering and listing of domestic enterprises.

The announcement states that the filing notice only confirms the filing information and does not constitute a substantive judgment or guarantee by the CSRC on the investment value of the Company's securities or investors' returns. The offering and listing is still subject to approvals from the SFC and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other relevant regulators, with uncertainties remaining.
