Micot is a biotechnology enterprise dedicated to the discovery, development and commercialization of dual/multi-specific peptide therapeutics targeting metabolic, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders. Its flagship asset MT1013 is an independently developed dual-target receptor agonist peptide that binds to both CaSR and OGP receptors, engineered to treat secondary hyperparathyroidism complicated with chronic kidney disease. As of the latest practicable date, MT1013 has wrapped up Phase II trials and initiated Phase III study with cinacalcet as active comparator; all planned 424 subjects have completed enrollment. The Company has entered into a commercialization agreement with Everest Medicines for MT1013.
