CSPC PHARMA (01093.HK): SYS6077 injection wins clinical trial nod

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 September 2026, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (stock code: 01093.HK) announced that SYS6077 injection developed by the Group has received a drug clinical trial approval notice from China's National Medical Products Administration, allowing clinical trials in China. The approved indication is advanced malignant tumors.

The product is an off-the-shelf therapeutic messenger RNA (mRNA) cancer vaccine developed on the Group's nano-delivery technology platform, encoding multiple tumor neoantigens to induce antigen-specific T-cell immune responses and enhance the body's ability to recognize and attack tumor cells. Preclinical studies showed that it induced antigen-specific T-cell immune responses against multiple tumor antigens and demonstrated anti-tumor activity in multiple preclinical tumor models. The Group will initiate clinical studies to further evaluate its safety, immunogenicity and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with malignant tumors.
