WANLIAN SECURITIES noted that overseas, market divergence over expectations of Fed rate hikes has widened. Domestic macro liquidity remains accommodative. Combining domestic and overseas conditions, Hong Kong's macro liquidity is expected to remain generally stable. On the profit side, multiple companies have released interim results, with the financial sector and semiconductor-related companies showing notably larger profit improvements. Going forward, attention should be paid to the impact of monetary policy changes by major global central banks on Hong Kong market liquidity. The market remains in the Hong Kong interim reporting season, and investors should watch for directions where corporate earnings beat expectations.
In terms of sector allocation, it is recommended to watch: (1) high-dividend / dividend assets that currently have a valuation advantage; (2) pro-cyclical industries benefiting from fundamental improvement and enhanced prosperity under supply constraints; (3) the medium-to-long-term main theme of continuously allocating to leading companies in the AI industry chain.
