NewTimeSpace News: On 9 October 2026, China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited (stock code: 00931.HK) announced that completion took place on 9 October 2026 under the terms of the subscription agreement, with 50,000,000 subscription shares allotted and issued to the subscriber at HKD 0.29 per share, representing about 0.60% of the total issued shares as enlarged by the allotment and issue.
Gross and net proceeds were HKD 14.5 million and about HKD 14.3 million respectively, to be used as general working capital, including rental, staff costs, professional fees and other general administrative and operating expenses. Following completion, Dr. Jian Zhijian and Ms. Jian Gong Chuanli hold 4,484,029,568 shares (53.97%), Mr. Li Jixian holds 200,000 shares (0.01%), the subscriber holds 50,000,000 shares (0.60%), and other public shareholders hold 3,773,671,021 shares (45.42%). Total issued shares rose from 8,257,900,589 to 8,307,900,589.
