NewTimeSpace News: On 9 October 2026, CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 01582.HK) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary CR Intelligent Construction Limited has signed a letter of acceptance for the main construction works contract for the Sha Ling data centre development project in the New Territories, Hong Kong, awarded by Hong Kong Runjiang Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., at a contract sum of about HKD 3.1 billion.
The Group will act as the main contractor to provide building construction works, which commenced in early September 2026.
