CR CONSTRUCTION (01582.HK): Wins Main Contract for Cheung Sha Wan Public Housing Project Worth About HKD 1.5 Billion

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 September 2026, CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (01582.HK) announced that CR Construction Company Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had executed a letter of acceptance in respect of a tender awarded by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the main construction contract of a proposed public housing development in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, for a contract sum of approximately HK$ 1.5 billion.

Under the contract, the Group will act as the main contractor for providing building construction work, and the construction is currently expected to commence in mid-October 2026. The Company reminded shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
