NewTimeSpace: CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (01582.HK) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, CR Construction Co., Ltd., has signed a letter of acceptance in respect of the main construction works contract for the development of a logistics centre in Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong, with a contract value of approximately HK$3.6 billion. The Group will act as the main contractor for the project.
NewTimeSpace: CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (01582.HK) released a voluntary announcement on March 9, stating that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, CR Construction Co., Ltd., has executed a letter of acceptance in respect of the main construction works contract for the development of a logistics centre in Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong, with a contract value of approximately HK$3.6 billion.
Pursuant to the contract, the Group will act as the main contractor to provide building construction works. The aforementioned project commenced construction in late February 2026.
