AOM INT'L (00381.HK): Circular for Share Consolidation and Loan Capitalisation Delayed to 23 October

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 October 2026, AOM International Group Company Limited (stock code: 00381) announced a further delay in the despatch of the circular relating to (1) the proposed share consolidation; (2) the proposed change in board lot size; and (3) the issue of new shares under a specific mandate to effect the loan capitalisation of the Hubei convertible bonds: the circular was originally expected to be despatched to shareholders on or before 9 October 2026, and as more time is required to finalise its contents, the expected despatch date is delayed to on or before 23 October 2026.

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 17 June 2026, 26 August 2026 and 17 September 2026 regarding the share consolidation, the change in board lot size and the subscription; the expected timetable for the share consolidation and the change in board lot size set out in those announcements will be revised accordingly and set out in the circular and/or further announcements to be issued by the Company.

The announcement was signed by Chairman Fan Xuefei in Hong Kong on 9 October 2026; as at that date, the board comprised four executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
