TFSECURITIES stated that the Hong Kong market may remain dominated by structural rotation in the short term, and allocation may appropriately balance growth elasticity with defensive attributes. As technology and some cyclical sectors corrected this week, part of the earlier valuation pressure has been released; investors can continue to watch directions within AI, semiconductors, and internet platforms where earnings can be realized and industry trends are relatively clear. Meanwhile, considering that overseas interest rates, oil prices, and geopolitical factors may still disturb market risk appetite, investors may moderately allocate to sectors with relatively stable earnings or high dividend yields, such as consumer staples, energy, utilities, telecommunications, and financials. Overall, it is recommended to maintain a balanced sector allocation, avoid excessive concentration in a single theme, and prioritize directions where fundamental improvement, capital support, and valuation reasonableness can mutually verify.
