NewTimeSpace News: On 5 October 2026, the board of directors of Wynn Macau Limited (stock code: 01128) announced that the Company granted awards under its Employee Share Ownership Plan adopted on 25 May 2023 to 315 employees of the Group to subscribe for a total of 317,938 ordinary shares of HKD 0.001 each, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of the announcement, subject to acceptance by the selected participants.
The grant date is 5 October 2026, the purchase price is nil, and the closing price per share on the grant date was HKD 5.07. Awards granted to one selected participant will vest on 6 September 2027, while awards granted to other selected participants will vest 50% and 50% on 5 October 2029 and 5 October 2030 respectively. The awards are not subject to performance targets. The awards will be satisfied by the issue of new shares within the scheme mandate limit, after which 446,210,882 shares and 10,418,869 shares remain available for future grants under the scheme mandate limit and the service provider sublimit respectively.
