NewTimeSpace News: On 15 September 2026, Wynn Macau Limited (stock code: 01128.HK) announced that it has declared an interim dividend of HKD 0.223 per share with a record date of 15 September 2026. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of its USD 600,000,000 4.50% convertible bonds due 2029, the conversion price is subject to adjustment in respect of capital distributions made by the Company, and will be adjusted from HKD 9.02275 to HKD 8.67530 with effect from 16 September 2026, being the day immediately following the record date, with all other terms and conditions of the convertible bonds remaining unchanged.
The announcement disclosed that, as at the date of the announcement, the Company had 5,300,947,600 issued shares; following the adjustment and assuming full conversion of the convertible bonds, the convertible bonds may be converted into approximately 542,899,957 shares, representing approximately 10.2% of the Company's entire issued share capital as at the date of the announcement and approximately 9.3% of the enlarged entire issued share capital assuming no other changes in the Company's issued share capital.
