NewTimeSpace News: On 5 October 2026, Forward Fashion (International) Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 02528) announced that the existing retail store management agreement arrangement with Pop Mart for operating Pop Mart stores in Macau will terminate with effect from 21 December 2026. The announcement was made under Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules and the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Based on the Company's preliminary assessment, revenue from the Pop Mart stores accounted for approximately 22% of the Group's total revenue for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. The Group has begun implementing mitigation measures, including opening more retail stores in Macau and introducing new brands. The Board considers that while the termination is expected to have a material adverse impact on the Group's short-term revenue and financial performance, it is not expected to have a material adverse impact on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern, and the Group maintains sufficient financial resources to support its existing operations and current business plans.
