NewTimeSpace News: On 19 July 2026,Minieye Technology(02431.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company is authorised to repurchase its H-shares on the Stock Exchange’s open market for a maximum aggregate amount of HK$200 million. The authorisation remains valid until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting or the date the mandate is revoked by a special resolution of shareholders, whichever comes earlier.

Minieye Technologystated that the buyback will be funded by the Group’s internal financial resources (excluding proceeds from the global offering). There is no fixed timetable or price range for the repurchases, which will be implemented at the Board’s discretion based on market conditions.
