Minieye Technology(02431.HK): Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Full-Scenario Unmanned Logistics Operation with Didi Delivery

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 July 2026, Minieye Technology(02431.HK) issued an announcement that the Group has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement on full-scenario unmanned logistics operation with Didi Delivery. The two parties will establish a long-term partnership to jointly advance the commercialized and large-scale deployment of urban last-mile unmanned logistics delivery.

Pursuant to the agreement, as the provider of technology and vehicle capacity, Minieye Technologywill supply compliant mass-produced L4-grade unmanned logistics vehicles and a full set of autonomous driving software systems for the cooperation project, and deliver full-lifecycle technical support including vehicle warranty, OTA updates, on-site operation and maintenance, and remote take-over services. Leveraging its one-stop intra-city freight service capabilities and intelligent dispatching system, Didi Delivery will open order entry portals on its mobile app and mini-programs to form a closed-loop whole process covering one-click order placement, intelligent order assignment, order fulfillment tracking and settlement.
