Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (02431.HK), a Hong Kong-listed company, announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sterling Tools Limited, a listed Indian auto components manufacturer. The collaboration aims to promote the deployment of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) in the Indian market. This marks a key initiative for the company to enter the Indian market and advance its overseas expansion strategy.

On the 19th, Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (02431.HK) released a voluntary announcement, stating that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sterling Tools Limited, a leading Indian auto components manufacturer. The two parties will collaborate to promote the deployment and application of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) in the Indian market.

Pursuant to the MOU, Minieye Technology will provide full-stack ADAS and DMS solutions and products, covering both passenger and commercial vehicle segments. Sterling Tools Limited (STL), as a listed company with long-standing presence in the Indian market, an extensive network of local OEM partnerships and strong production capabilities, will offer localized support and industrial collaboration. The two parties aim to leverage their respective strengths to jointly deliver high-performance, localized intelligent driving solutions.

Founded in 1979, STL is a leading manufacturer of high-strength cold-headed automotive fasteners in India. Its products are widely used in various types of vehicles and engineering equipment, and the company is listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange. This collaboration represents the initial strategic implementation of Minieye Technology’s foray into the Indian market, and also reflects the company’s broader overseas business expansion plan, which is designed to capitalize on the growing global demand for automotive intelligent technologies.
