Minieye Technology(02431.HK): Joint Venture for Full-Scenario Physical AI Completes Registration and Establishment

NewTimeSpace News: On June 29, 2026,Minieye Technology(02431.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that Hangzhou Yaoxing Innovative Power Technology Co., Ltd., jointly founded by the Company and neueHCT Limited, has finished all registration formalities.

As disclosed in the announcement, focusing on the research and development of physical AI technologies, Yaoxing Power will build a unified cross-scenario physical AI technical foundation. The company will develop general embodied intelligence large models applicable to indoor premises, industrial parks, urban areas and open roads, and roll out standardized multi-sensor fusion perception kits as well as vehicle-end collaborative scheduling systems.

In the short term, it targets mass production of autonomous delivery product lines; in the medium term, it will deploy products including unmanned transportation vehicles, four-legged robots and inspection robots; in the long run, it will push forward global market expansion.
