MINIEYE (02431.HK): Chairman Liu Guoqing increases H-share holding by 100,000 shares, stake rises to about 7.9%

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 September 2026, Shenzhen Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02431) published a voluntary announcement that Dr. Liu Guoqing, executive director, general manager and chairman of the board, purchased an aggregate of 100,000 H shares of the company on the open market on the same day at an average price of approximately HKD 2.3142 per H share, representing approximately 0.02% of the company's total issued shares.

According to the announcement, immediately after the purchase and as at the date of the announcement, Dr. Liu Guoqing held beneficial interests in an aggregate of 34,883,503 shares, representing approximately 7.9% of the company's total issued share capital. Together with his concert parties, including executive directors Mr. Yang Guang, Mr. Zhou Xiang and Mr. Wang Qicheng, the group held approximately 17.62% of the company's total issued share capital.
