MINIEYE (02431.HK): Chairman and general manager Liu Guoqing increases H-share holdings by 100,000 shares

(stock code: 02431) voluntarily announced that Dr. Liu Guoqing, chairman of the board, executive director and general manager of the company, had purchased an aggregate of 100,000 H shares of the company on the open market on 7 September 2026 at an average price of approximately HKD 2.3835 per share, representing approximately 0.02% of the total issued shares of the company.

Immediately following the purchase and as of the date of this announcement, Dr. Liu held a beneficial interest in an aggregate of 34,583,503 shares, representing approximately 7.8% of the total issued share capital of the company, and together with his concert parties, including executive directors Mr. Yang Guang, Mr. Zhou Xiang and Mr. Wang Qicheng, held in aggregate approximately 17.55% of the total issued share capital of the company.
