The Company stresses that all freezing orders exclusively restrict equity interests held by its mainland subsidiaries and do not involve the Company’s shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The freezing measures only limit the disposal of relevant assets and will not hinder the Group’s legal ownership and daily operational use of such assets. All affected subsidiaries maintain normal production, sales and routine business activities. The Group is actively negotiating debt restructuring and settlement proposals with relevant creditors.
