Cansinobio (06185.HK): Td5cp Vaccine for Adolescents & Adults Included in Priority Review

NewTimeSpace News: Cansino Biologics Inc.(06185.HK) released a voluntary announcement on May 11, 2026, disclosing that the NDA for Td5cp for adolescents and adults has been included in the priority review by CDE.

Td5cp for adolescents and adults is intended for people aged 6 and above as a booster against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis. Although major developed countries have included this vaccine in routine immunization programs, no such booster for adolescents and adults has been approved in China yet. If successfully launched, the product will fill the current gap in the domestic market.

The Company’s Adsorbed Acellular Pertussis (3-Component) Diphtheria and Tetanus Combined Vaccine for Infants (DT3cP) was approved for NDA in April 2026.

Compared with DT3cP, Td5cp adds two additional pertussis antigens, making it a 5-component vaccine. Each pertussis antigen can be individually purified and formulated at a defined ratio to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and more stable product quality.
