The mRNA platform is one of the Company's key technology platforms, and the Company is conducting development of mRNA prophylactic vaccines and therapeutic biological products as well as related delivery systems. In the therapeutic area, the Company is advancing R&D of mRNA vaccines for indications including glioblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma and cervical cancer, as well as the development of In Vivo CAR-related therapies, all currently at an early stage.

The announcement stated that, recently, the Company's subsidiary CanSino (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical R&D Co., Ltd. (CanSino Shanghai) has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the co-development of mRNA personalized therapeutic tumor vaccines with Depushi (Hangzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Depushi Biotech). Under the agreement, the two parties will leverage their respective strengths in mRNA vaccine technology and tumor neoantigen discovery and design to jointly explore cooperation.

The board believes that the development of the Company's mRNA technology platform and the entering into of the strategic cooperation framework agreement are in line with the Company's long-term strategy and in the interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole.
