Interra Resources: Joint Operating Company Enters Rooftop Solar Agreement with Air Support Division of Thailand Border Patrol Police

NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, Interra Resources Limited announced that its joint operating company, Frontier Interra Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (JOC), entered into a rooftop solar system agreement on May 7, 2026, with the Air Support Division of the Border Patrol Police in Thailand. The JOC was incorporated by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Interra Renewable Energy (Thailand) Co., Ltd., together with Frontier Construction Co., Ltd.

Pursuant to the agreement, the JOC will install a rooftop solar power system at the counterparty's premises and sell the electricity generated by the system to the counterparty, which has agreed to purchase all electricity produced under the terms and conditions of the agreement.
