CCT FORTIS (00138.HK): Appoints Yuen Wai Kin as Non-executive Director at HKD 10,000 Monthly

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 October 2026, the board of directors of CCT Fortis Holdings Limited (stock code: 00138) announced that Mr. Yuen Wai Kin has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 7 October 2026. Mr. Yuen, aged 41, has over 16 years of experience in accounting, finance and company secretarial matters.

Mr. Yuen has served as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee and chairman of the nomination committee of Artini Holdings Limited (stock code: 00789) since 29 November 2023, and has been the chief financial officer of a Hong Kong trust or company service provider licensed by the Hong Kong Companies Registry since November 2022. He has entered into a letter of appointment with the Company for an initial term of one year from the date of appointment, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the Company's next annual general meeting, and is entitled to director's remuneration of HKD 10,000 per month.
