CCT FORTIS (00138.HK): Expects H1 Net Loss to Narrow to HKD 120-140 Million on Lower Property Impairment and Administrative Expenses

Second, administrative expenses for the Period decreased by approximately HKD 22,000,000 following the disposal in July 2025 of a subsidiary engaged in landscape design services, flower and plant retail and catering business.
