HAND Information (300170.SZ): Terminates H-share issuance and planned listing on HKEX

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 September 2026, Shanghai Hand Information Technology Co., Ltd. (HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd., stock code: 300170) announced that its board of directors approved at the 11th extraordinary meeting of the sixth session on the same day a proposal to terminate the issuance of H shares and the planned listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

According to the announcement, the company had previously approved the H-share issuance and HKEX listing plan at the 5th extraordinary board meeting of the sixth session on 5 December 2025 and the second extraordinary general meeting of 2025 on 22 December 2025. The company stated that the termination was made after prudent discussion and analysis, based on a comprehensive assessment of the macroeconomic environment, capital market conditions and the company's own development plans, and in the principle of protecting shareholders' interests. The termination falls within the scope of authorization granted by the shareholders' meeting to the board, and therefore does not require further shareholders' approval.

The company said its operations remain normal, and the termination is a prudent decision that will not have a material impact on its business activities and sustained development, nor does it harm the interests of the company and all shareholders, particularly minority shareholders.
