NewTimeSpace News: On 2 November 2026, Abbisko Medicine Co., Ltd. (ABBISKO-B, 02256.HK) disclosed the completion of its name change, with the English name changed from "Abbisko Cayman Limited" to "Abbisko Medicine Co., Ltd." and the Chinese dual foreign name from "Heyu Cayman Limited" to "Heyu Medicine Limited".
Shareholders approved the special resolution on the name change at the extraordinary general meeting on 17 September 2026, and the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies issued a certificate of change of name, effective 18 September 2026. The Hong Kong Registrar of Companies issued a certificate of registration of change of name of a registered non-Hong Kong company on 15 October 2026.
The company said the name change will not affect shareholders' rights, trading of its shares on the HKEX main board, or its daily operations and financial position. The English and Chinese stock short names will remain "ABBISKO-B" and "Heyu-B" respectively, with the stock code unchanged at 2256. Existing share certificates bearing the former name remain valid, and the company will issue share certificates only under the new name from 9 November 2026.
