HARBIN YUYANTANG TCM GROUP Files Second HKEX Listing Application; Northern China Leading TCM Chain Expands Outlets from 14 to 59 Within Two Years

CMBI Investment and Guoyuan International act as joint sponsors. The Company is a private chain TCM medical service provider in China, ranking fifth with a 2.3% market share measured by 2025 revenue. Its offline medical institutions expanded from 14 outlets in 2023 to 59 outlets as of May 2026. It posted revenue of approximately RMB399.7 million and net profit of around RMB70.5 million in 2025.

The Company is a private chain provider of Traditional Chinese Medicine medical services with a solid and established footprint, especially in Northern China. Its operations are primarily carried out via a self-built and self-operated network of licensed offline medical institutions, including TCM outpatient centres and TCM clinics. It integrates TCM consultations, dispensed prescription medicines (including personalised custom TCM preparations and in-hospital preparations), and auxiliary therapies such as therapeutic massage, bone-setting tuina, gua sha, cupping, acupuncture and moxibustion into unified and continuous treatment regimens, mainly targeting chronic conditions including chest impediment, stroke, vertigo, insomnia, consumptive thirst, sub-health and wellness rehabilitation.
According to Frost & Sullivan data, measured by total revenue generated from TCM outpatient centres and clinics in 2025, the Company ranks fifth among all private chain TCM medical service providers in China, with a market share of 2.3%. The number of offline medical institutions rose from 14 in 2023 to 31 in 2024, 47 in 2025, and further increased to 59 as at 31 May 2026. Revenue grew from RMB150 million in 2023 to RMB399.7 million in 2025, while net profit increased from RMB20.5 million to RMB70.5 million over the same period.
