BOOX HKEX IPO Application Lapsed, World’s 2nd & China’s No.1 Brand for Knowledge-focused Productivity Tools

NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by Onyx International Inc. to HKEX on 16 January 2026 has lapsed following the expiration of the six-month timeline. China Securities International served as the original sole sponsor.

Per Frost & Sullivan data, based on retail revenue in 2024, the Company is the world’s second-largest and China’s largest brand specialising in knowledge-focused productivity tools. As at 30 September 2025, the Group serves customers across more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. BOOX OS recorded nearly one million monthly active users, and approximately 38.5% of early seed registered users remained active after nearly nine years. In 2024, revenue reached RMB1.018 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of 26.6%, with adjusted net profit amounting to RMB131 million.
