The Company plans to offer roughly 352 million shares globally with the maximum indicative offer price capped at HK$3.59, and listing is expected on 10 July. Seven cornerstone investors including Beijing Yi’an & Huatai Capital Investment, Luhua Daosheng & Huatai Capital Investment, Aurora SF and China Hongqiao have been introduced. Calculated at the median offer price of HK$3.32, their aggregate subscription totals around US$49.8 million, accounting for approximately 33.41% of all Global Offer Shares.

For cornerstone placement, based on the median offer price of HK$3.32, the seven cornerstone investors and their committed amounts are as follows: Beijing Yi’an & Huatai Capital Investment (US$15 million), Luhua Daosheng & Huatai Capital Investment (US$6 million), Aurora SF (US$5.9 million), China Hongqiao (US$7.5 million), Hyperion Venture (US$2.9 million), Tiantu Capital (US$10 million) and Shengwei Investment (US$2.5 million). Collectively, they will subscribe for about 118 million shares with a total consideration of US$49.8 million, representing roughly 33.41% of the total Global Offer Shares.
