Its largest shareholder, Binzhou Heyi Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), which holds 239,246,686 shares, or 9.93% of total share capital, pledged 20,050,000 shares to China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. on 22 September 2026, maturing 22 September 2027.
