CARSGEN-B (02171.HK): CT1190B and CT071 Abstracts Published at ASH 2026

On 5 November 2026, CARSGEN-B (02171.HK) said CT1190B and CT071 abstracts were published at the 68th ASH Annual Meeting as posters.

NewTimeSpace News: CARsgen Therapeutics Holdings Limited (stock code: 02171) announced on a voluntary basis that the abstracts of research results for CT1190B, an allogeneic CAR T-cell product candidate targeting CD19/CD20, in the treatment of relapsed/refractory large B cell lymphoma, and for CT071, an autologous CAR T-cell product candidate targeting GPRC5D, in the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and high-risk newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, have been published at the 68th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH). Data for both candidates will be presented as posters.

CT1190B was developed on the Company's THANK-u Plus platform, and a registrational Phase I clinical trial in relapsed/refractory large B cell lymphoma is ongoing. CT071 was developed using the Company's proprietary CARcelerate platform for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma or relapsed/refractory plasma cell leukemia; two investigator-initiated trials, NCT05838131 and NCT06407947, are ongoing in China to assess its safety and efficacy in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma or plasma cell leukemia, and in high-risk newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, respectively.

CT0596, an allogeneic CAR T-cell candidate targeting BCMA, is being evaluated in a registrational Phase I trial in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma; previous investigator-initiated trials showed preliminary favourable tolerability and encouraging efficacy signals in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and primary plasma cell leukemia, with updated data to be published in a separate announcement in December 2026. The Company cautioned that it cannot ensure it will successfully develop or ultimately commercialise CT1190B, CT071 and CT0596.
