HANG YICK HLDGS (01894.HK): Consent Order Granted in Originating Summons

NewTimeSpace News: Hang Yick Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 01894) issued an inside information announcement on the originating summons referred to in its announcement dated 21 September 2026, stating that the plaintiff and the Defendant Directors filed a consent summons on 2 November 2026 and that the High Court of Hong Kong made a consent order on 4 November 2026.

Under the order, the Defendant Directors must file and serve their affirmations in opposition to the originating summons within 42 days from the date of the order, and the plaintiff may file and serve an affirmation in reply within 28 days thereafter. The order also vacated the call-over hearing of the originating summons fixed for 5 November 2026 and adjourned it to a date to be fixed.
