Among 47 evaluable TCL patients, the objective response rate was 44.7%, including two complete responses and 19 partial responses, with a disease control rate of 74.5%; in the 20 evaluable patients on 600 mg once daily, the ORR was 65.0%, the complete response rate 10.0% and the DCR 95.0%. No dose-limiting toxicity was observed during dose escalation.
Ascentage will also present data from multiple combination studies of olverembatinib and lisaftoclax across myeloid and lymphoid malignancies in adult and paediatric patients. In paediatric R/R Ph+ ALL, olverembatinib plus lisaftoclax achieved an ORR of 90.0% and an MRD negativity rate of 69.2%, with both agents able to penetrate the blood-brain barrier.
