JIANGXI BANK (01916.HK): Qian Zheng cleared as compliance chief
On 20 October 2026, JIANGXI BANK (01916.HK) said the Jiangxi banking regulator cleared Qian Zheng as its chief compliance officer, effective 14 October 2026.
NewTimeSpace News: On 20 October 2026, Jiangxi Bank Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01916) said it had received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration's Jiangxi office confirming Qian Zheng's qualification as the bank's chief compliance officer, with effect from 14 October 2026.
The bank had announced the appointment on 28 May 2026, subject to regulatory clearance of his qualification. Jiangxi Bank also noted that it is not an authorized institution under the Hong Kong Banking Ordinance (Chapter 155), is not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and is not authorized to conduct banking or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.
